Block notifications, and log issues.

Very nice rewrite :)

Coming from the original xlua, one missing item TMO is a block notifications (when hook was triggered and block occured).

Second thing is an issue.. when trying to go over the logs, there's no 'offender', e.g. all logs are for app 0 with xpl-xe logo, rendering the logs useless, in addition, drill down between deploy usage and error doesn't change anything.

Using aosp custom rom, android 15, OnePlus 7.

Also noticed that Notify on and Restrict new apps doesn't work...
