Problem Description

添加百度千帆模型时：
1、因版本更新，旧版“应用接入”无法创建应用，新版“应用接入”模块创建应用后，不显示API Key 、Secret Key。

2、在“安全认证”里获取的API Key 、Secret Key，使用后报错。

总结：“应用接入”目前无法使用、使用“安全认证”报错
