Like #30, but more general cases should be handled

  • assign SV_RenderTargetArrayIndex from constant buffer
  • from vertex output with an offset from constant buffer

Required by:

  • The Witcher 3
  • Old UE4 games

I second this. AC Black Flag has this issue as well.
