How do I operate this thing?

I just wanted a simple php script that will let my machine act as a proxy to deliver websites when called for by another visitor to the site. This looks very robust, I don't know what to do. I've installed it, and I see singletons and collections but I don't know what any of this means. The readme just says to clone the sites, but there's no sites to clone it's just empty and when I enter my host localhost and lets say I want it to proxy google.com, I go to localhost and it's just a blank white page.
