SparsePolynomial

Univariate polynomial class that only tracks non-zero terms.

Supports: Univariate polynomial arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, modulus, exponentiation, and GCD.

Other methods of interest: Eulers Criterion Legendre Symbol and Legendre Symbol Search Tonelli-Shanks Chinese Remainder Theorem
