Не повторяется. Без блокировщика вижу рекламу. Если проблема всё ещё присутствует, напишите на [email protected] со ссылкой https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/196984#issuecomment-2614078932

Попробуйте выключить и снова включить контент-блокеры в настройках Сафари, а также обновить фильтры Адгарда.
Важно не закрывать окно Адгарда при обновлении фильтров в течение ~60 секунд, иначе iOS прервёт процесс применения фильтров.
