Try to update the filters (wait almost one minute there), clear browser data, restart it, open the site.
If that doesn't work, you should re-enable the content blockers in Safari settings (wait about the same time as when you update the filters).

I did both of the things you mentioned and I still get the “please disable your adblocker for watching our videos” on everything on the site. It pops up after 10 or so seconds.

That's strange, but, unfortunately, I can't reproduce it on iPhone. Which filter causes it? Try to disable one by one to find a problematic one. What country have you visited this site from?
