Every time I start aider in my project, I am prompted to add .aider* to my project .gitignore, despite the fact that this value has already been added to my repo-local .git/info/exclude file. I would expect to either be left alone, having satisfied the gitignore value a different way, or at the very least be given the option to not be prompted again in the future.

Git repo: .git with 77 files
