Issues from issue #10 are resolved but users still cannot update the account type on accounts.

All browsers.

Recreate: From the users page double click any account, the issue seems to affect all accounts, in the edit account window change the account type and hit "Save changes"

Note: setting an account type when creating an account from the users page works as expected.

Just re-tested and changing an account type doesn't seem to take effect.
