@pamelafox - first thanks for this excellent template.

I have tried to adjust it to a collection of PDF documents we have - Here is my code: https://github.com/iom/Policy_Navigator

I did the adjustment as per your instructions, to fit the model of my chunked documents and embeddings.

It gets deployed in Azure - but whenever I run a prompt I reach this error...

I have been searching (and asking gpt!) to identify the issue but I am still blocked... Any hint? Thanks so much
