geogram no longer builds with emscripten with the github action.
The transpiler crashes when transpiling libf2c_err.c.

  • Try with ubuntu-24-04 instead of unbuntu-latest.
    ... note, stil crashes with same file.
  • Try with ubuntu-22-04 instead
    ... works
