Merged Bounding boxes After NMS

Hi, I was playing with your scripts recently, and I noticed that you applied NMS when you merged back crops to the original image space. I was trying to use a ground truth Cropped Image as a Mock of detections, expecting to have a mAP score of 1 when comparing against the same labels on the image. However, that was not the case, I suppose, because of the NMS when merging the images. Is this behavior expected?
