How can i completely uninstall the program, i deleted the directory but guess its not enough.

Hello @Searcherbot ,
The own installer script have the uninstaller option in the menu.
If you want to manually uninstall you need to remove:

.desktop:
If you installed Photoshop only in your user: $HOME/.local/share/applications/photoshop.desktop
If you installed in system wide: /usr/share/applications/photoshop.desktop
the icon image:
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/256x256/apps/photoshop-cc.png
The Photoshop installation folder

And finally if you want, uninstall wine.
Hope it has fit.
