Python script to open a PDB file and find longest distance and radius of gyration.
3 PDBs files are provided to test the script in examples folder. They are the structures (only atoms in protein) for hexamer, dimer and monomer of insulin molecules (from structures 1znj, 1mso, 2jv1, respectively).
