If a player exits the game abruptly while firing a gun and then re-enters the world, there is a probability that the gun will be in a different state, appearing as if it were unloaded even though the magazine looks normal and contains bullets.
Reproducibility
I reproduced this issue with as few other mods as possible installed.
I am unable to reproduce this issue consistently.

This time I didn't capture the footage, but I noticed that sometimes when exiting and re-entering the game, the gun would be in a different state for some reason. Sometimes, even though the magazine was loaded with bullets and attached to the gun, the gun would be in its previous state as if it hadn't been chambered. However, the gun appeared normal, and when the magazine was detached, it still showed bullets inside
