背景与动机

现在用的UIGF可以一次性导出所有账号的祈愿文件，但是代肝只想给号主他自己的祈愿，不想把自己的记录也给出去

想要实现或优化的功能

希望祈愿记录能选择性导出部分账号的记录而不是一次性全部导出
