1. Download files from http://extensions.openoffice.org/en/project/german-de-de-frami-dictionaries
2. Move de_DE_frami.aff und de_DE_frami.dic to ~/.vim/spell/
3. In vim:
   :cd ~/.vim/spell
   :mkspell de_DE_frami de_DE_frami
   :spellang+=de_DE_frami
   :spellinfo
