Dashboard displays data of all project instead of the project which i have access to

Current Behavior

The Dashboard view displays the data for all projects and not from filtered data based on the portfolio access control. i have access to only 1 project based on team and portfolio access control settings, however on the dashboard I could see the data from all projects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Team
2. Provide access to the Team only for a set of projects
3. The Dashboard view shows all the data and not the filtered ones based on the access control settings

Expected Behavior

Dashboard view should filter the data based on the portfolio access control.
