遇到同樣問題。

使用SUSATO式(有無cheat皆同)的時候公開場合裸露使用雙手遮擋時仍會出現原版圓圓手臂的貼圖，看log推測應該是貼圖覆蓋出錯。
圖為下載最新版未添加任何其他mod時的狀況。
以下附上使用mod管理器導出之errorlog。

ModLoaderLog.txt
Log全壓縮檔太大所以保存在外部硬盤，見下。
