I already dislike how what I'm calling "togglers" is work in this theme, and I'm sick of mixing up "toggles" and "togglers".

Also, as a pedant, it bothers me that this utility does not so much toggle content as it switches content.

So let's call them switchers, but let's also make it possible to have them be simple on/off toggle capability using a checkbox rather than radio button concept.
