There is nothing under EIRTeam.FFmpeg\thirdparty\ffmpeg\bin

I will rework how obtaining the ffmpeg binary works, since it's a bit unreliable, sorry for the delays, I've been a bit busy with another project.

Sorry once again for the delays, i'm extremely busy with a massive release for Project Heartbeat, i'll get back into it ASAP.
