Build singularity image with

sudo singularity build ../env/ochemenv/ochemenv.sif singularity_ochem

If you use ubuntu with arm architecture, build instead 

sudo singularity build ../env/ochemenv/ochemenv.sif singularity_ochem_arm

Notice that opensource contains external packages and each of them has its own licsen agreement

Accept them before using respective package
