Description

Sharding

The problem

No current method of sharding bots.

The solution

Add some methods and attributes and modify a few functions to implement sharding

Eh, sorta made it, just needs some testing, also we need to do logging to be shard specific. Logs probably look attrocious right now. Also we need to do the EventHandler part of things for the ShardingClient
