if y'all want to OSS ember-arcgis-adlib-service it makes sense to me that both these two should be in the same place as the other three ember apps we've already prepped.

that said, its your code, so i'll help you move it wherever you want. if its easier to host everything (or just some things) in @esridc i can understand that.
