Chrome 78 appears to no longer work with MoveToDesktop. The "Move to" menu item does not appear and Win+Alt+arrow does not work.

I verified by running Chrome 78 and 77 on the same machine:

FWIW, if anyone else is experiencing this, I found that SylphyHorn and FreeVD both work with Chrome 78.

On Chrome Version 80.0.3987.122 (Official Build) (64-bit) it works for me.
