When opening an attachment video in RHN from search, it loads indefinitely

Action Performed:

1. Go to any chat
2. Send a video attachment
3. Refresh the page
4. Go to "Reports"
5. Select the "Chats" tab
6. Click on the report item containing the video
7. In the chat on the right, click on the video preview

Expected Result:

Attachment modal is open, video starts playing

Actual Result:

Attachment modal is open, loading spinner is displayed indefinitely

Also video looks like it's on dev, but we need this to be reproducible on staging or prod
