maybe if I repeat keys? or hit backspace? but really not sure. cc @zspotter

Seems to be worse now that we're using SDF fonts, because they don't support all the wierd ascii stuff yet

@osnr are you seeing "unknown key code" logs? If a code isn't in the keymap, it will emit a "?"

(I haven't looked into this again but I think one of them might be the cursor -- it blinks in and out)
