Closing options menu w/touch controls toggles camera limiting

Describe the bug
With touch controls enabled, the "back to game" button happens to overlap the "Disable camera limiting" checkbox in the options menu. As a result, enabling touch controls and immediately closing the menu also flips camera limiting.

To Reproduce

1. Go to options menu.
2. Check "enable touch controls."
3. Click the "back to game" arrow.

Expected behavior
Clicking "back to game" has no side effects.
