Preface: I've reported this issue and had it closed numerous times or personally wrote it off as suddenly working. I have found a way that reliably and consistently produces a crash, and it all happens during normal gameplay.

Step 1: Load into any map that features level transitions and NPCs (d1_canals_01 from HL2 is what I used for testing)
Step 2: Play the level as normal (d1_canals_01 is short enough, you really only need to play this one singular map to produce this crash)
Step 3: Hit the load transition.
Step 4: The game will crash upon load completion.

NOTE: Noclipping DIRECTLY to a level transition WILL NOT produce a crash and will consistently pass on to the next level, rarely with fail. This ONLY happens when the player has began to actually play the level.

SECOND NOTE: It's irrelevant whether the player has an ARC9 weapon in their inventory or not. The crash is consistent when steps 1-4 are followed.

THIRD NOTE: I tested this having removed every single one of my addons bar ARC9 and GSR (GSR for weapons, naturally).

Below: These are all of my ARC9 settings, should they be relevant.
