Missing Metadata Access #62

Hello,
When I used this link and followed the readme directions, I only had access to the data and problem_descriptions directories and the metadata directory didn't generate. I attempted to redownload and untar/extract it again but had the same issue. I know the separate link to the metadata was made unavailable, but it seems that the metadata isn't a part of the current directory. Any suggestions/am I doing something incorrectly?
