Not working in internet explorer (IE - 11,10 etc)

UI is not rendering in Internet explorer. It showing below error in IE 11.
SCRIPT1002: Syntax error

This is because there is a small amount of typescript in the javascript code (I probably should have written full typescript, but I am pretty new to this), and IE doesn't support the typescript light supported by modern browsers. The easiest way to get an IE working version is to run it through a typescript to javascript compiler. I might look into providing a javascript file as a compiled binary in the future if I ever find the time.

I compiled the current version and put it in a gist so you can use that as a temporary solution.
