Changed order of genes

Hello,
I was wondering if there's any easy way to convert the count matrix, for example (when generating discrete group data) to the original "order" (in terms of the input correlation matrix), since ordsim changes the order of the housekeeping and DE genes (compared to the correlation input order) in rholist. Thanks!
