port please or give people permisson to port

this mod is one of my favorites while playing in 1.3 tmodloader and would love to see it renewed or just ported over to 1.4

if you can't port it yourself could you give the permission to someone else that you know or mention it in the tmodloader discord so people know that they can port it if they want
