When a new flow is deployed, the resources that are used by that flow are also deployed.

When multiple resources are already deployed, it's difficult to know what resources were recently added and need to be configured. It would be helpful to include a deployment time/date column that could sorted on. It may also be helpful to display a dialog box indicating which resources will be deployed with this flow.
