Suggestion: Add a configurable limit of max number of open tickets. Would also be nice to be able to define a custom error message sent to users when they try to open a ticket above the limit.

This feature would be useful in large communities where support resources are limited.

Not sure if users would rather wait for support, or wait before even pleading their case. I dont think its the latter.

Also, some tickets are much easier than others, and therefore can be handled much faster, so imo keeping it open would it better (for EMC)
