Could not write to \system32\drivers #45

I open the install bat file and gave admin priv, but it said could not write to \system32\drivers.
and i thought i already have it installed so i tried the uninstall bat file but it said Error deleting \system32\drivers\keyboard.sys.
i proceed to open the interaccel gui exe and i cant close and change anything in it, only way to close it is from task manager. anyone got any solutions? thanks
