Notes get unintentionally deleted when pressed sync on different devices with same linked account.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Link your Notes Sync app to Google Drive in Device A

2. Create Dual Apps for it. [I did this way with inbuilt MI dual apps feature]

3. Link the other duplicate Device B to the same account used in Device A of Google Drive.

4. Create a note in Device A, press sync button and very quickly [switching device fast is important], switch to Device B and press sync button.

5. If you pressed sync on Device B before the notes in Device A are synced and displayed in Device B, then the note gets unintentionally deleted in Device A and never reaches Device B,

6. This is definitely a bug.

When you address the issue, please also provide and keep on updating information through replies on how you will address this issue.
