Describe the bug

Downloaded images are saved without an extension.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open https://infosec.exchange/@catsalad/113333573074833354 in Moshidon
Open the image
Tap the Download button
Open Downloads directory in a file manager

Does this happen in the official app?

Does this issue also occur with the respective upstream release?
