Multiple maps should always be rendered in the same order

Description

As a user, I want multiple maps to always be rendered in the same order, so that I have the same view as everyone else loading the same maps

Acceptance criteria

• Order maps alphabetically and if they both have the same name, use another unique identifier, like our checksum
• Render them always in that order
• Order should be reflected in the maps dropdown

Assumptions & Exclusions

Right now the order should be by upload order.
