Unknown UI Issue

I have been using Nekobox for over a year, but after installing the latest version on a different device, I noticed significant changes in the interface. Some useful features disappeared, such as the "Toggle System Proxy" function. The most immediately noticeable change was the addition of "Ads" and "Document" sections to the top panel.

At first, I thought this was an intentional update in the new version, so I tried installing an older version that I had previously used. However, the issue persisted even with the older version.

Through experimentation, I discovered that deleting the file nekoray/config/groups/nekobox.json in a program where the interface works correctly causes the interface to change to the new version after restarting the app. The missing features also disappear. Unfortunately, simply replacing the nekobox.json file with the old version does not restore the original interface or functions.

What could be causing this, and how can I restore the missing features?

P.S. I don’t know how it happened, but the version of the app I have installed shows as being higher than the one available on GitHub. I updated it only using the built-in update function.
