alvl for Tower Cellar Level 1 wrong in NM?

So today I found an eth Partizan on Tower Cellar Level 1 in D2R on Nightmare difficulty which according to the cheat sheet should be alvl 38 which means the ilvl is 38 which means I should get 4os from Larzuk.

Only problem is I got 5os from Larzuk instead of 4os, and I'm 100% certain a normal monster dropped it and not a unique monster as unique monsters only drop magic, rare, set, or unique items anyway.

So this means in D2R the alvl of the Tower Cellar Level 1 in Nightmare difficulty must be at least 41 as that's the only way I could have gotten 5os on the eth Partizan from Larzuk.

Please take a look at this and see if the alvls for the Tower need to be updated from what they are now in Nightmare difficulty, thanks!
