Only my timer is moving everything stays at 0 when I try to get foundry why is that?

I watched tutorial for how to install the wsl. After I run the powershell as an administrator and write wsl --install. Then I open Ubuntu and write curl -L https://foundry.paradigm.xyz | bash only the timer is moving.
