Error on Visual Studio 16.6.5

I was able to install the extension on Visual Studio 16.6.5 on a Windows 10 PC without any errors. After restarting VS, I navigated to Teams Explorer and selected "Manage Connections". When Manage Connections opened, an "Error" panel appeared at the top with the stack trace below.

To note: At the time, my Visual Studio was connected to my Microsoft account and I have an Azure DevOps server connection in place.
