What happened?

A bunch of errors appear around notarizing:

Error: Failed to display codesign info on your application with code: 1

It appears the aftersign script checks the platform running the process but should also check the current build target.

I added a small guard clause in NativePHP/electron#239 that fixes this 👍🏻
