Tie the Rhizome name in Ohmbrewer to the Particle device nickname #60

Currently, you can name your Rhizome whatever you please and it won't affect the device nickname in Particle's service. We should tie the two together, so that changing the name through Ohmbrewer changes the name in Particle's service.

This would mean adding some way to pull changes made from the Particle side as well, unless we're ignoring that use case.
