not sure if it'd be truly useful but could be helpful in future (people submitting new games, etc) to not depend on upstream/official DB

Could also expand current Linux list as it's lacking

If this happens, support for Linux as well as third-party game launchers (ex: MultiMC, Prism Launcher) could definitely be improved

It could be worth considering an experimental separate script which somehow sends the same binary path data arRPC checks to collect somewhere anonymously, then have people go through and find paths which are likely game A/B/etc. Presumably Discord does something like this too but in the client?
