Twitter icon removal not reflected on PyOpenMS website

Description:
A PR was previously merged to remove the Twitter icon from the PyOpenMS website, but the changes are not yet reflected on the live site. It seems like the deployment might not have been updated.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Visit the PyOpenMS website.
• The Twitter icon is still visible despite the merged PR.

Expected Behavior:
The Twitter icon should no longer be displayed.

Suggested Fix:
Since the community is no longer active on Twitter/X, instead of just removing the icon, consider replacing it with a relevant social media link (e.g., Discord) if the community is active elsewhere.

Additional Context:
Since OpenMS has an active Discord community, I propose replacing the Twitter icon with a Discord icon instead.
