error 126 using haggle

what is error 126?

You did not place haggle-sdk.dll in your mods folder. This is what the mods read from to provide information from the game.

it had done that with the sdk.dll there. deleted and recopied it now it works and loads mods.

where can i find information on how to create my own mods?
