When open a custom tab in Night, Night (low contrast) and Ultra Black themes, it's color is #CCCCCC, a light color. It is supposed to be a dark color (e. g. #000000 in Ultra Black).

Happy to have a crack at this - but can't seem to reproduce, can you give a step by step?

It occurs when I open any link in a dark theme.

For ref, in light themes the color is the theme color, the "correct" color.
