Docs about open-watch hardware

Things that should be changed in future versions:

Connect 8th pin of TP4056 to MCU. It will let us to control battery charging.
Swap the Rx & Tx of Bluetooth
Connect PIO11 (HC-05) to MCU for changing the name, password, baudrate, etc.
Connect USB_DETECT label to +5V of USB instead of ID pin.
